Jenny will guide you in our unique Couples Yoga workshop designed just for partners. In this gentle, yet powerful yoga session, you and your partner will work together.
Our Mindfulness Meditation Coach, Joe, will help you learn about mindfulness during our signature Chocolate Meditation. This sounds delicious, doesn't it?
You'll get a lot of ideas at the retreat. We'll help you leave with a simple plan so you can start applying what you learned right away. We'll help you replace your habits that create stress with rituals that help you chill out as a couple.
You'll be learning and reflecting a lot throughout the retreat, so we give each of you your own journal ($10 value).
You'll customize your own full size massage oil ($25 value) with pure essential oils and create your own aroma spray that you can use in many, many ways ($15 value).
You need brain power to learn throughout the day, so we'll provide the goods ($30 value).
