In our Finding Alignment Workshop, you'll discover the secrets to aligning your body with with mind and spirit.
You'll be learning a lot so you need fuel for your brain. We'll provide delicious high-powered, plant-based lunch and snacks to supplement your body and brain power and keep you going throughout the retreat.
You'll get a lot of ideas at the retreat. We'll help you leave with a simple plan so you can start applying what you learned right away. We'll help you replace your habits that create stress with rituals that help you chill.
We'll help you reflect on what you learned from each workshop and help you formulate a realistic action plan that you'll take home, so you can APPLY what you learned at the retreat. You'll write in your own JOURNAL that's included in your tuition.

*Guided Meditation: Holly leads us in an additional guided meditation session where you will melt into your mat and let your mind wander while you listen to soothing music.
*Aligning Your Body, Mind & Spirit: Kevin takes you through a practical and insightful workshop.
*Creating Balance: Joe shares the wisdom from profound thinkers that you can apply to your life.

You'll also discuss the barriers to relaxation and come up with a plan to incorporate more relaxation into your life. You'll learn a lot from other participants during our small group discussions
He'll lead the Whiskey Meditation and the Creating Balance Workshop.
Holly will lead the Guided Meditation workshop. She'll teach you simple breathing and relaxation techniques that you can do at home.
Jenny leads the group in a a session of yoga where she will modify the poses for various skill levels.
