Relax as Meditation Coach Holly Landau's soothing voice takes you through a guided meditation. Your body relaxes and your mind focuses on a magical story. You'll also learn how to to meditate at home.
We're so excited to share some easy stretches that you can do while seated and a few while standing. They'll give us some calm energy while we move through our workshops.
Everyone is creative. Yes, you. We use the meditative practice of painting to help your mind wander and get you to a mindful state. Everyone leaves with a beautiful work of art.
It's always nice to take a breath and pause over a cup of gently steaming herbal tea. We'll gather in circles and practice connect while we share about our day.
Learn mindfulness techniques as you tap into your senses. This is a favorite retreat activity. We'll pair it with a cup of tea to further engage the senses and soothe the body, mind, and spirit.

You'll find a petite gallery-wrapped canvas and a few art supplies in your tote. You'll need it for our Peaceful Painting workshop.

You'll use this throughout the retreat to capture your a-ha moments and great new ideas.
It's a little thank-you gift from us to you, and a way that you can continue to relax long after the retreat is over. Apply essential oils to your bracelet and breathe in calm.
