The Program

We'll learn new breathing techniques and methods for relaxation. Each week's program includes:

  • Welcome (about 5 mins)
  • Relaxation Methods (about 15 mins)
  • Guided Meditation (about 20-30 mins)
  • Lessons Learned Discussion (about 10 mins)

Outcomes

You'll learn simple relaxation techniques that can increase mental clarity, improve sleep, and reduce tension. Leave each session feeling more relaxed and balanced. You will also connect with a new community of like-minded individuals who are seeking more calm.

Your Meditation Coach

Holly Landau is the Founder of the The Relaxation Retreat and a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Facilitator. She is also a Sound Healing Practitioner. She has led hundreds of hours of guided meditation sessions and enjoys taking people on sensory journeys using meditation.
