Holly Landau is the Founder of the The Relaxation Retreat and a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Facilitator. She is also a Sound Healing Practitioner. She has led hundreds of hours of guided meditation sessions and enjoys taking people on sensory journeys using meditation.
